Grilling Indian Way, Shrimp Tikka Kabab
Shrimp Tikka Kabab. Ingredients: 1-lb. 21-25 raw shrimp,peeled,tail on,1/2"ginger,peeled,fine chopped, 1tsp.garam masala,1tsp.cumin pow., 1/2tsp. chilie pow.or 1-gren chilie, chopped fineor to taste,salt/pepper to taste,juice of 1/2 lime,2-3 tbsp. grape seed oil,cilantro,fresh,fine sliced,lime wedges, for garnish,metal/wooden skewres. Method: If using wooden skewers, need soaking them in warm water for least 30mins. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients(Except cilantro.), and mix well. Cover,rest for 20-30 mins. but not more than a Hr. Shake off any excess marinade and carefully thread the skewers with shrimp. Grill the kababs on out-side b.b.q or inside grill pan until done. Oven can be use at 375f.,put the Tikkas on a foiled line baking sheet, for 4-5mins. on each sides.Garnish with cilantro,lime wedges.
