Chai masala, Grating the Ginger, thats the only way to use.
4 black tea bags
1 ½ tsp fennel seeds
4 green cardamoms
2 ½ cups water
4tsp turbinado sugar
? Crush the spices lightly, add to the water, bring it to boil.
? Add the tea bags and let boil other minute.
? Add milk, bring to an almost boil and turn off the heat.
? Strain through the sieve and serve.
